Microsoft Entra ID — host synchronisation (SCIM)

Automatically sync your organisation's users from Microsoft Entra ID into Systam Studio as hosts. Your host list stays up to date daily without any manual work.

Calendar invite integration

Pre-register visitors directly from calendar invites. Set up a custom invite address for your organisation — when a host adds it to a meeting, Systam Visit creates the visit and sends the guest a pre-arrival message automatically.

Outlook Add-In — Invites by Systam

The Invites by Systam Outlook add-in lets hosts pre-register visitors without leaving their calendar. Install it once and it's ready for your whole organisation.

Systam Rooms — Office 365 room booking

Connect Systam Rooms with your Office 365 room resources. When a room is booked, visitor details flow into Systam automatically.

Systam Pass — visitor induction

Require visitors to complete a safety induction before signing in. The visitor receives the induction link in their pre-arrival message — or completes it at the kiosk on arrival.
