Install Invites by Systam add-in for Outlook

This guide shows you how to install and start using the Invites by Systam Outlook add-in. The add-in automatically adds meeting invitees to Systam Visit, making visitor management smooth and effortless.

Why use Invites by Systam?

  • No need to manually add your company's invite address to each meeting
  • Guests receive an automatic pre-arrival message with clear instructions
  • Sign in is faster because the visitor already exists in the system
  • Your front desk gets visibility into upcoming visits

Installation for a single user

  1. Sign in to Systam Studio at app.systam.io
  2. Go to Extensions
  3. Search for Invites by Systam
  4. Enable the extension by clicking Enable
  5. Download the installation file
  6. Open your Outlook app
  7. Go to My Add-ins
  8. Click Add a Custom Add-in
  9. Upload the downloaded .xml file
  10. The add-in will now appear in Outlook

Organization-wide deployment

  1. Sign in to Systam Studio at app.systam.io
  2. Go to Extensions
  3. Search for Invites by Systam
  4. Enable the extension by clicking Enable
  5. Download the installation file
  6. Open Microsoft 365 Admin Center at admin.microsoft.com
  7. Go to Settings → Integrated apps
  8. Click Upload custom apps
  9. Select app type Office Add-in
  10. Upload the .xml file
  11. Assign the add-in to users or groups
  12. The add-in will now appear in Outlook for assigned users

All set! Your meeting invites now automatically create smooth visitor experiences from the very first interaction.
