By default, people who are set as hosts in the Systam Visit service are not added as visitors in calendar invites. If you want to include hosts as visitors and receive visit-related messages, follow these steps:
- Log into Systam Studio at app.systam.io
- Go to Settings.
- Click Calendar invites.
- Navigate to calendar invitation recipient settings.
- Enable the Include hosts as visitors,
- Save changes.
All set! Now people acting as hosts will also be treated as visitors in calendar invites.
