Visitor notifications ensure your guests are informed about their upcoming visits. Here’s how to set up and customize these notifications to keep things running smoothly.
- Log in to Systam Studio by visitng app.systam.io.
- On the left side of the page, click Settings.
- From the sub menu Visit, select Notifications.
- Scroll down to the Visitor pre-arrival notification settings.
- Customize how visitors are notified about their upcoming visit—you can choose email invitations, SMS invitations, or both.
That’s it! Your visitors will now be perfectly informed about their upcoming visits.
