How to set notifications for visitors

Visitor notifications ensure your guests are informed about their upcoming visits. Here’s how to set up and customize these notifications to keep things running smoothly.


  1. Log in to Systam Studio by visitng app.systam.io.
  2. On the left side of the page, click Settings.
  3. From the sub menu Visit, select Notifications.
  4. Scroll down to the Visitor pre-arrival notification settings.
  5. Customize how visitors are notified about their upcoming visityou can choose email invitations, SMS invitations, or both. 


That’s it! Your visitors will now be perfectly informed about their upcoming visits.
