Visitor statuses in Systam Studio

When managing visitors in Systam Studio, you may notice that each visit has a status. These statuses help you quickly understand where each visitor is in their visit journey. This article explains what the different visitor statuses in Systam Studio visitor flow mean. 

Expected

• The visitor has been invited or registered in advance and is expected to arrive, but has not yet signed in.

Arrived

• The visitor has signed in and arrived at the location.

Signed out

• The visitor has signed out of the visit. The visit has ended.

No-show

• The visitor was expected but never arrived or signed in.
