Manage predictive visitor search for sign-out

This guide explains how to configure predictive visitor search on sign-out in Systam Visit. This setting controls whether a visitor’s name is suggested on the self-service kiosk when they enter it to sign out.

Where to find the setting

You can find this setting under Settings → Visitor settings → Predictive visitor search on sign-out.

Configure predictive visitor search on sign-out

1. Sign in to Systam Studio.
2. Go to Settings → Visitor settings.
3. Find the setting Predictive visitor search on sign-out.
4. Select the option you want to use.
5. Save the change.

Available options

• Quick match (default) – Suggestions appear as soon as enough characters are entered to identify the visitor.
• Don’t predict – No suggestions are shown. The visitor must enter their full name exactly to sign out.
