Customize the email sender name

You can customize the sender name shown in emails sent from Systam Visit. This name appears in emails such as pre-arrival messages sent to visitors.

How to customize the email sender name

1. Log in to Systam Studio at app.systam.io
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Notifications from the left-hand Workspace settings menu.
4. Go to Email sender name.
5. Choose which sender name you want to use:
   • Systam – emails are sent with Systam as the sender name.
   • Custom name – enter your company or organization name in the field. The name appears as [Company name] via Systam.
6. Check the preview under the Sender name preview.

All set! Your visitor emails now show a clear and familiar sender name.
