Manage host notifications

Host notifications inform hosts when their visitors arrive. You can configure the default notification method for all hosts or adjust the settings for individual hosts.

Configure default host notification settings

You can choose how hosts receive visitor notifications at the workspace level.

  1. Log in to Systam Studio at app.systam.io.
  2. In the left sidebar, go to Settings → Notifications.
  3. Locate the Host notifications section.
  4. Select how hosts should receive notifications:
    • Email
    • SMS
    • Email and SMS
  5. Click Save to apply the changes.

Change notification settings for an individual host

You can also override the default notification settings for a specific host.

  1. In the left sidebar, go to Hosts.
  2. Find the host whose notification settings you want to update.
  3. Click the three-dot menu next to the host and select Edit host.
  4. Choose how the host should receive notifications when visitors arrive:
    • Email
    • SMS
    • Email and SMS
  5. Click Save.

The host will now receive visitor notifications according to the selected settings.
