How does Systam Visit work for different users?
Staff—creating and managing visits
- You can create visits directly in your email or through Systam Studio.
- By logging into Systam Studio, you can view your meetings, browse your history, and edit upcoming visits.
- When adding a calendar invite, simply add your visitor's email address and invite@systam.io, and the visit will be scheduled in advance with all the essential details stores in the system. By inviting your guest ahead of time, you ensure they feel welcomed and prepared, as they'll receive clear directions, parking instructions, and your contact information, making their visit smooth and stress-free.
- Automatic notifications are sent when visitors arrive.
Visitors—effortless arrival and sign in
- Once you are invited, you'll receive a pre-arrival message with all the details you need, like directions, parking info, and contact details for your host.
- Sign-in can be done at the self-service kiosk or with help from the front desk.
- Your visitor badge will be ready to print as soon as you arrive.
- You can review and agree to the NDA and terms of visit either when signing in or directly from the pre-arrival message on your mobile.
- Once the you have signed in, the host is automatically notified of their arrival.
