The Analytics page gives you an overview of how visitor volumes develop and how visitors arrive at your location. You can filter the data by date range and visit type, and use the different charts to take a closer look at your visitor data.
Open the Analytics page
- Open Systam Studio.
- Select Analytics from the Visit menu.
Filter your analytics data
Start by selecting the data you want to include from the top of the page.
- Date range – select the period you want to analyze.
- Visit types – select the visit types you want to include.
The summary at the top of the page shows key figures for the selected period, such as the number of visitors, the share of invited visitors, visitors who arrived without an invitation, and the time spent signing in.
Visitor trends
Visitor trends show how the number of visits changes during the selected period. Use it to spot busy days, peaks in visitor traffic, or changes over a longer period.
You can adjust the chart using the available controls:
- Split by visit type / sum – view visit types separately or combine all visits.
- Line / Bar – switch between line and bar charts.
- Day / Week / Month / Year – change how the data is grouped.
Visitor distribution
Visitor distribution helps you understand when visitors typically arrive. You can view either the total number or the average number of visitors across different periods.
- Count / Average – switch between total and average visitor volumes.
- Hour / Weekday / Month / Year – choose how you want to group the data.
For example, the hourly view can help you identify the busiest arrival times during the day. The weekday view can show which days usually have the most visitors.
Invited vs. walk-in visitors
Invited vs. walk-in visitors shows the share of visitors who were invited in advance compared with visitors who arrived without a prior invitation.
Use this information to understand how much of your visitor traffic is planned in advance and how often your location handles unplanned arrivals.
Visitors by invitation status
Visitors by invitation status shows the number of invited and walk-in visitors during the selected period.
You can group the data by Day, Week, Month, or Year. Use a more detailed grouping to investigate individual changes and a broader grouping to understand longer-term patterns.
Apps used for sign-in
Apps used for sign-in shows how many sign-ins were completed with each available application.
Use this view to understand which sign-in channels your visitors use.
Self-service kiosks used
Self-service kiosks used shows the total number of sign-ins for each self-service kiosk.
This can help you compare kiosk usage across your location.
Sign-in methods
Sign-in methods show which methods visitors used to sign in.
Use this view to compare the available sign-in methods and see which ones your visitors use most often.
Sign-in duration
Sign-in duration shows how long sign-in takes for invited and walk-in visitors.
- Typical time – shows the typical time visitors spend signing in.
- Slowest sign-ins – helps highlight cases where sign-in takes longer than usual.
Compare the different visitor groups to identify situations where the sign-in experience could be made smoother.
