How it works

• The guest shows the QR code on their visitor badge to a Systam reader.
• A controller connected to the reader sends the code to Systam's server.
• The server checks that the badge is valid and that the person has access to that specific door or gate.
• A relay opens the door, the same way as pressing the exit button on the inside of the door.

Where guests find their code

• On the visitor badge printed at sign-in.
• In the pre-arrival message sent before the visit.
• On the mobile visitor badge on their phone.

Setup and requirements

• Each access point gets a QR reader and a controller connected to it. The controller needs a network connection and power.
• Systam supplies the devices. Physical installation is the customer's responsibility, and we provide an installation guide with wiring instructions.
• Systam configures the access points and their logic together with you.
• No separate access control system is needed.

Pricing: Monthly fee for both the service and the devices.
