Microsoft Outlook Add-In

How it works

• The add-in brings visitor management into the calendar invite, so there's no invite address to remember or add by hand.
• Click the add-in while writing the invite, and the guest receives a pre-arrival message with arrival instructions along with the invite.
• The guest fills in their details in advance and gets a personal sign-in code for a quick sign-in at the kiosk or reception desk.
• Visit details are transferred to visitor management, and reception sees upcoming visits in advance.

Setup and requirements

• Invites by Systam is a Microsoft 365 web add-in. It works the same way in classic Outlook and the new Outlook, and on both Windows and Mac.
• Microsoft is retiring older add-in technologies (COM and VSTO add-ins) in the new Outlook, but web add-ins like this one stay fully supported, so moving to the new Outlook requires no changes.
• Create a calendar invite as usual: the add-in adds the correct invite address based on the workspace you choose.
• IT can install the add-in for the whole organization at once, or users can install it themselves.
• No training needed. We guide you through the installation.
