Microsoft Entra ID integration

How it works

• Microsoft Entra ID creates, updates and removes hosts in Systam Studio.
• Synchronized details: name, email addresses, phone numbers and primary location.
• Changes made in Entra show up in Systam within about 40 minutes.
• Group membership routes each person to the right location, or they can be synchronized to all locations at once.
• Organization owners are never removed automatically, so access to administration can't be lost by accident.

Setup and requirements

• A Microsoft Entra tenant and an account with permission to configure provisioning.
• Organization owner rights in Systam Studio.
• Setup is done from the Extensions view in Studio. We recommend starting with a small group of users and expanding step by step. We guide you through the whole process.

Pricing: A paid add-on, activated per organization. The monthly fee is billed as part of your Systam Visit invoice.
