Mobile visitor badge

Take the mobile version of the visitor badge into use in Systam Visit. The digital visitor badge is an eco-friendly, paperless mobile badge that stays with the guest on their own phone for the whole visit.

How it works

When signing in at the self-service kiosk or reception desk, Systam Visit can send the guest a mobile visitor badge by email and/or phone.
The mobile badge can be used alongside a printed visitor badge, or instead of one.
The badge includes full visit details and the guest's personal QR/PIN code for secure movement.
An optional sign-out button on the badge lets the guest check out on their own with a single tap.

Setup

Turn on the mobile version in your RespaManager or Systam Studio settings.

Pricing: The mobile badge is included in your Systam Visit monthly fee, with no extra cost to turn it on.
