Systam Visit function

Take your visitor experience digital with the mobile visitor badge available in Systam Visit service.

It’s an eco-friendly, paperless badge that travels with the visitor on their phone throughout the visit.

When a visitor signs in at a self-service kiosk or front desk, Systam Visit service sends a mobile badge by email and/or SMS.
The mobile badge can be used on its own or alongside a printed visitor badge.
The badge includes all essential visit details as well as the visitor’s unique QR/PIN code for secure movements on-site.
An optional sign-out button can be added, allowing visitors to sign out on their own with just one click.

Pricing: The mobile visitor card is included in your Systam Visit monthly service fee, with no additional costs for activation.
