Mobile features for the host

Welcome your guests yourself – directly from your phone, without a receptionist or self-service kiosks. 

• Invite guests using your device’s own calendar app – or plan the visit in Systam Studio, which also works seamlessly on mobile. 
• Once the visit is created, you’ll receive a confirmation message with a personal link to your host tools on the mobile platform.
• Manage your visits wherever you are – at the office or on the move. 
• Update visit details in advance and send messages to your guests, for example, when they arrive. 

Mobile features for the visitor

• When a new visit is created, the service sends the visitor a pre-arrival message with directions via email and/or SMS – depending on the available contact information. 
• The message also includes a personal link to the visitor’s mobile platform. There, the visitor can review their visit details, view and update their own information, and accept any required terms related to the property or the visit.
• If a safety induction is required, it can be completed on mobile before arrival.
• The visitor can mark themselves as arrived directly through the mobile platform. 
• A mobile visitor badge remains active throughout the visit and enables easy sign-out. 
• Visitor access control features, such as door opening with a code, can also be added to the mobile platform.
