Microsoft Entra ID SCIM user data sync

Automate the upkeep of receiver and user data in Systam Visit straight from Microsoft Entra ID through the SCIM interface. With the integration, you don't need to manually add, remove, or edit visitor management receiver or user data when people join, leave, or change names.

How it works

Manage and sync receiver and user data automatically through Entra ID. You can also assign users to different sites with ease.
The customer sets up an Enterprise Application in their Entra environment and controls which user data gets synced to the system.
User data is fetched through the SCIM interface into the visitor management service's database.
Sync runs every 20–40 minutes if changes are detected.
