How to set pre-arrival notifications for visitors

Make sure your guests are well informed about their upcoming visits. Here’s how to set up customized pre-arrival notifications to different visit types.


  1. Log in to Systam Studio by visiting app.systam.io
  2. On the left side of the page, click Settings.
  3. Selected the preferred visit type.
  4. Under Visitor pre-arrival settings, you can select how your visitors are notified of their upcoming visits (email and/or SMS) and when the messages are sent. 
  5. Under Customize the pre-arrival content, you can choose what kind of information the visitors receive in the message. You can set the selections to suit your needs and add custom content if needed.


That’s it! Your visitors will now be perfectly informed about their upcoming visits.
