This article explains how to view analytics based on Systam Visit records in Systam Studio. The view collects visits for a selected date range and helps you see when activity is busiest.
What the analytics is based on
The analytics is based on visits saved in Systam Visit. You can include Visitor and Contractor (or any other visit type) data and review the information for a selected date range.
Open visit analytics
- Sign in to Systam Studio.
- Open Visit → Analytics from the left-side menu.
- Select the date range you want to review.
- Choose whether you want to see Visitor data, Contractor data, or both.
Read the summary cards
The cards at the top show visit totals for different time periods.
- Visits today – the number of visits today.
- Visits this week – the number of visits during the current week.
- Visits this month – the number of visits during the current month.
- Visits in the selected period – the number of visits in the date range you selected.
- Total all time – the total number of saved visits.
Review the charts
- Use the first chart to see how visits are distributed within the selected period.
- Change the grouping with Hour, Weekday, or Month.
- Compare the blue Visitor series with the green Contractor series.
- Use the view to spot the busiest and quietest times.
Review averages
Further down the page, you can review averages by weekday and by hour.
- Visits by weekday (average) – shows which weekdays have the highest average volume.
- Visits by hour (average) – shows which times of day have the highest average volume.
- Selected – shows the average for the selected date range.
- All time – shows the average based on all accumulated data.
How to use the analytics
