Printed visitor badge settings

You can customize what information appears on printed visitor badges. This setting allows you to adjust the badge content and remove certain elements such as the host’s name or the QR code. This can be useful if you want a simpler badge layout or have specific privacy requirements.

1. Log in to Systam Studio at app.systam.io
2. Go to Settings.
3. Navigate to Visit types and choose the visit type you want to edit.
4. Scroll to Printed visitor badge settings.

What you can customize

In Printed visitor badge settings, you can control which information appears on the printed badge. You can:

• Include or exclude the host’s name

• Include or exclude the QR code

Adjust the settings based on the information you want displayed on visitor badges.
