Group sign-in on the self-service kiosks

You can allow group sign-in when you want to enable multiple visitors to be added to the same visit on the self-service kiosk.

Allow group sign-in

1. Open Settings.
2. Select Visit types from the left-hand menu.
3. Select the visit type where you want to allow group sign-in.
4. From the General section, find Group sign-in on the self-service kiosk.
5. Turn the setting on.
6. Save your changes.

How group sign-in works on the kiosk

When a visitor signs in on the self-service kiosk, the kiosk asks before the final screen if they want to add more visitors to the same visit.
