Before you start

  • You need administrator rights to the workspace.
  • The calendar resources must already exist in your calendar provider (for example, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace).
  • The calendar provider must be connected in Studio under Rooms → Calendar providers.

Open the import view

  1. Open Studio and select the workspace where you want to add the spaces.
  2. Go to Rooms → Spaces.
  3. Click Import Spaces & Devices.

Select workspace and calendar provider

  1. Check that the Workspace field shows the right workspace.
  2. Choose the Calendar provider from the dropdown.
