Exporting meeting room displays gives you a quick way to create an up-to-date list of your displays for reporting, deployments, maintenance, and audits. By using filters before exporting, you can focus on exactly the devices you need, making management easier in larger environments.
Export meeting room displays
- Open Systam Studio at app.systam.io.
- Go to Devices from the left-hand menu.
- Select the Room displays tab.
- Select the correct workspace from the dropdown menu if needed.
- Choose the filter you want to export:
- All – exports all meeting room displays.
- Active – exports only active displays.
- Inactive – exports only inactive displays.
- Click Export displays.
What is included in the export
Pressing Export displays exports a list of room displays in Excel with the following columns:
- Display name
- Serial number
- Workspace
- Space name
- Calendar resource address
- PIN code
All set! Your meeting room display data is now exported with exactly the scope you need.
