How to add a host

To receive visitors, a person must be added as a host in the system. Here’s how to do it:

1. Log in to Systam Studio at app.systam.io

2. On the left side of the page, click Hosts.

3. Click the Add host button.

4. Fill in the required information: first name, last name, and email.

5. Adding a picture is optional.

6. If the host wants to receive SMS notifications about visitors, you can also add their phone number.

7. Email notifications are enabled by default. If needed, you can also enable SMS notifications.
   
   

All done – your host is now added and ready to welcome visitors!
