How to manage host notifications

Keep hosts in the loop by managing their notifications. Here’s how you can customize how hosts receive updates about their visitors.


  1. Log in to Systam Studio by visiting app.systam.io.
  2. On the left side of the page, click Settings.
  3. Select Notifications from the Workspace settings.
  4. In the Host notifications section, you can choose how your hosts will receive notifications from visitors - by SMS, email, or both.
  5. When you're happy with the setting, click Save


You can also set notification preferences for individual hosts.


  1. On the left side of the page, click Hosts.
  2. Find and select the host whose notifications you want to update.
  3. Click the three dots on the right side of the page, aligned with the host you selected, and press Edit host.
  4. Choose how the host will receive notifications of arriving visitors - by SMS, email, or both.
  5. When you're happy with the setting, click Save


And that’s it! Notifications are now set up just the way you need.
