How to create new induction content in Systam Pass

In Systam Pass you can create induction content for employees, visitors or contractors. Here's how to create content and set it up.

1. Create the content

1. Open Contents in the left sidebar and click Create new content.
2. Under Content Basics, give the content a Name, choose its Language and write a short Description.
3. Write the induction material in the editor. You can add text, images, videos and links.
4. Click Create new content. Cancel closes the form without saving.

2. Add exam questions (if you want an exam)

Add questions before you turn the exam on, because the exam can't be enabled without them.

1. Go to the Questions tab and click Add new question.
2. Write the Question text and the Answer options, and mark the correct answer.
3. If the content has several languages, fill in each language tab.
4. Click Save changes.

3. Configure the settings

Go to the Settings tab.

• Selfsignin to content – lets people sign up for the content themselves.
• Exam – turns the exam on after the material.
• Reminder-messages in use – automatic reminders before a completion expires. See Setting up automatic reminders.
• Number of questions in the exam – how many questions each attempt asks.
• Minimum amount of correct answers for passing exam – how many must be right to pass. This can't be higher than the number of questions.
• Pass is valid for number of days – how long a completion stays valid.
• Always require a fresh pass (when no validity period set) – if no validity period is set, people must complete the content again every time.
• Searchwords or metatags – tags for searching and sorting contents. Click an existing tag under Popular tags to add it.
• Message templates – your own invitation and confirmation messages.
• Expire all passes now – expires every earlier completion at once, for example after a major content update. Action log shows when this was last done.

Click Save when you're done.

4. Add language versions

Content is created in one language first. To add more, open the Content tab and choose a language from Add language version. Available languages: Finnish, English, Swedish, Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Estonian, French, German, Hungarian, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, Turkish and Ukrainian.
