Editing induction questions and materials

You can update both the induction material and the exam questions whenever something changes on site.

Edit the induction material

1. Open Contents in the left sidebar and click the name of the content.
2. On the Content tab, choose the language version you want to edit and click Modify.
3. Update the text, images, videos or links in the editor and click Save.
4. Use Content preview to check how the material looks to the person completing it.

Edit exam questions

1. Open the content and go to the Questions tab.
2. Pick a question from the list. The editor opens next to the list.
3. Each language version has its own tab in the editor (for example FI and EN). Update the Question text and the Answer options on each tab.
4. Mark the correct answer by selecting the option next to it.
5. Click Save changes.

To add a question, click Add new question. To remove one, open it and click Delete question.

Pinned questions and the random pool

The exam asks a set number of questions per attempt (the number is set on the Settings tab). Pinned questions are always asked, in the order shown. The rest are drawn at random from the pool.

To pin a question, open it and click Pin question. Pinned questions move to the Pinned list at the top.

That's it – your induction stays current and the exam asks the right things.
