Assistant and printer notification settings in Systam Studio

Systam Studio can keep you in the loop by email and text — for example when a visitor arrives, or when the badge printer is running low on supplies. Here's how to set both up.

Assistant contact details and alerts

Go to Settings → Notifications → Assistant notifications.

• Assistant email address — where email alerts are sent.
• Assistant phone number — where SMS alerts are sent.
• Notify assistant of all arrived visitors — turn this on and the assistant gets notified every time a visitor signs in, even when a host has already been selected.

Printer notifications

The visitor badge printer flags it when supplies are running low. A notification goes out automatically at 20% and 10% capacity, and then with every sign-in after that until supplies are replaced.

Under Settings → Notifications → Printer notifications, choose who should receive them:

• Check Admins and/or Front desks to notify those roles.
• Add any other recipients under Additional email addresses.
