How to install Invites by Systam add-in for Outlook

Modified on Wed, 25 Feb at 2:08 PM

The Invites by Systam extension is an add-in for your Outlook calendar that automatically adds invited guests to Systam Visit visitor management when you send an invitation.

Why use Invites by Systam?

  • The add-in eliminates the need to manually insert your company-specific invite address to each meeting.
  • Your guests will receive an automatic pre-arrival message with instructions that ensure a smooth arrival and a great first impression.
  • Sign-in on arrival is faster, since the visitor already exists in the system.
  • Your front desk has visibility to upcoming visits.

The extension requires installation and can be installed for a single user or deployed company-wide. Follow these steps to install and start using the Invites by Systam add-in for Outlook.
