The self-service kiosk needs a stable network connection and a power connection to work properly. This guide explains the steps and requirements for setting up these connections.
Network connection:
- Self-service kiosks are connected to the network with a cable.
- The device needs an open connection to the public network.
- Device updates are managed centrally through the EloView service. See EloView network requirements.
Power connection:
- The devices need a standard 230V power outlet (Systam X) or two (Systam Lite + printer or Systam Table X).
Wi-Fi
- If you need to use Wi-Fi, here's how to set it up.
- Locate the Home button on the back of the display and press it. Depending on your display type, you may need to press the Power button and Home button simultaneously.
- You can find the network settings in the top right hamburger menu (three lines).
- Hold the Wi-Fi button down for a few seconds to access the Network & Internet settings.
- Select and set up your preferred network.
