The self-service kiosk needs a stable network connection and a power connection to work properly. This guide explains the steps and requirements for setting up these connections.
Network connection:
- Self-service kiosks are connected to the network with a cable.
- The device need an open connection to the public network.
- Device updates are managed centrally through the EloView service.
Power connection:
- The devices needs a standard 230V power outlet (Systam X) or two (Systam Lite + printer or Systam Table X).
