Setting up a new visitor kiosk

Once you have received your kiosk and added it to Systam Studio, it's time to plug it in and get it ready for visitors.

1. Connect the power

The kiosk needs a standard 230 V power outlet:

• Systam X: one outlet
• Systam Lite + printer or Systam Table X: two outlets

2. Connect to the network

Connect the kiosk to your network using an Ethernet cable. The kiosk needs an HTTPS connection to *.systam.io (TCP 443 / outbound). Device updates are managed centrally through EloView. See EloView network requirements.

Connecting via Wi-Fi

If you need to connect via Wi-Fi instead of a cable:

1. Find the Home button on the back of the display and press it. On some display types, press Home and Power simultaneously.
2. Open the hamburger menu in the top right corner (three lines).
3. Hold the Wi-Fi button for a few seconds to access Network & Internet settings.
4. Select your preferred network and complete the setup.

3. Power on

If the display doesn't turn on automatically, press the Power button on the back of the screen for a few seconds.

4. Enter your PIN code

Enter your PIN code into the opening screen. You can find your PIN in the Devices section in Systam Studio by clicking the specific device.

All set! Your kiosk is ready to welcome visitors.
