Planning a visit ensures a smooth and welcoming experience for your visitors when they arrive. Follow these steps to easily set up a visit in advance:
- Log in to Systam Studio by visiting app.systam.io
- Click the + Add visit button at the top of the page.
- From the dropdown menu, select Plan a visit.
- In the pop-up window, add the necessary details about your visitor:
- The workspace you are inviting the visitor to
- Visit type
- Title and details of the visit (optional)
- Visit start and end time
- Host for the visit
- Visitor(s)
- If the visitor has been to your office before, their name will pop up, and you can select it.
- If this is their first visit, click Add as a new visitor and complete the visitor details.
- Note! To receive an invitation with arrival instructions, the visitor must have an email address and/or a phone number listed in their details.
- When everything is set, click Save visit.
That’s it—you have now planned a visit!
