Add your logo to Systam Studio (workspace and kiosk branding)

Want your own logo to show up across your workspace — on kiosks, room displays, and emails? That's what general branding settings are for.

General branding vs. Rooms displays

The logo you add under Settings → Branding → General branding shows up broadly — on visitor kiosks, room displays, and emails. If you only want to customize the background image and logo on Rooms displays specifically, that's a separate section further down the same page, under Rooms display branding settings.

Upload your logos

Under General branding there are two logo slots:

• Horizontal logo — shown in the top-left corner of visitor kiosks, room displays, and emails. Supported formats: PNG and WebP, up to 3 MB, recommended max height 300 pixels (e.g. 1000 x 300, a 10:3 ratio).
• Square logo — used as your workspace logo, and shown as the company logo on a kiosk when that kiosk is shared between several workspaces. Supported formats: PNG and WebP, up to 3 MB, recommended max height 300 pixels (e.g. 300 x 300, a 1:1 ratio).

Click the upload button under each logo and choose the file from your device.

Two clicks, and your workspace looks like yours — no more default logo.
