Notifications for hosts

With Systam Visit, you can automatically notify your employees when visitors arrive to see them.


SMS notifications for hosts

Activating this setting allows hosts to be notified of arriving visitors with a SMS text message to the phone number in their profile. If the phone number is missing notifications can not be sent.


You can activate the SMS notifications from Visit > Settings > Notifications > SMS notifications for hosts


Email notifications for hosts

Activating this setting allows hosts to be notified of arriving visitors with an email message to the email address of their profile. If the address is missing notifications can not be sent.


You can activate the email notifications from Visit > Settings > Notifications > Email notifications for hosts


Notifications for front desk staff

When a visitor arrives, the front desk staff can be notified in several ways.


SMS notifications for front desk staff

Notify lobby of visitors by sending an SMS or email to their phone number and email address.


Lobby email address

Email address that will receive the notifications for visitors signing in

Lobby phone number

Phone number that will receive the notifications for visitors signing in
