Reporting in Systam Pass

The Statistics view gives you an overview of how completions are going: how many passed, how many failed and how long completing takes.

Open the report

1. Open Statistics in the left sidebar.
2. Under Choose contents, keep all contents selected or pick only the ones you need.
3. Set a Date range if you want to limit the period.
4. Click Create statistics report. Clear resets the selections.

Each content also has its own Statistics tab, which shows the same report for that content only.

Summary cards

• Credit usage – credits used per year.
• Amount of passes – all completions, split into passed and failed.
• Passed – passed completions and the pass rate.
• Failed – failed completions and their share.
• Average time consumed for each exam – average and median time.
• Fastest / slowest – the shortest and longest single completion.

Charts

• Monthly completions – completions per month. Switch between All, Passed exams and Failed exams.
• Completion time distribution – how long completions take, from 0–2 minutes to over 60 minutes.
• Pass rate by month – how the pass rate develops over time.
