Manage and monitor user completions

Modified on Fri, 9 Oct at 12:43 PM

The Completions view shows everyone who has been invited to or has completed your inductions, with valid, expired and pending completions in one place.

Find people

  1. Open Completions in the left sidebar.
  2. Use the search field to find a person by name, email or company.
  3. Use the quick filters when needed:
    • Needs attention – people with expired or missing completions.
    • Expiring in 30 days – completions that expire soon.
    • Awaiting completion – people who have been invited but haven't completed yet.
  4. Extended search lets you search by first name, last name, email, phone, company or other information.
  5. The Content menu at the top limits the list to one content.

Person details

Click a person's name to open their details. At the top you'll see how many of their inductions are Valid, Pending and Expired. In the window you can:

  • Modify – update the person's details.
  • Invite to new content – select a content and click Send invitation.
  • Send reminder – send a reminder for an induction that hasn't been completed.
  • Mark as completed – approve an induction manually.
  • Activity & actions – see when the person was created, invited and approved, and by whom.

Actions for several people

Tick the people you want in the list. Then choose Send invites to multiple persons or Delete selected. Check your selection before deleting.

Export the list

Download (.xlsx) exports the people in the current list to Excel. The file contains person details (first name, last name, company, phone, email, other information and language), not completion history. For completion history, use the content's Completions tab.

All set – you can follow everyone's progress from one view.
