Kiosk keys are lost

Systam self-service kiosks, such as Systam X and Systam Table-X, include locked compartments. For example, the printer is located behind a locked panel and some internal bins may also be secured with a lock.


If the kiosk keys are lost and cannot be located, please contact our support team at support@systam.io. We will arrange a new pair of replacement keys for your kiosk.


To help us process your request as quickly as possible, please include as much information as you can in your message (for example the kiosk model, location, and any other relevant details).
